Some Interesting Summer Reading.

If anyone is kicking back and reading this summer, this book is interesting and you will get a feeling for the culture of this area in the 1760’s and 1770’s. Plus Anne’s father Duncan MacVicar owned the Lt. Gordon Patent (partly in White Creek) and Lt. Bain Patent (all in White Creek) from 1765 until the Revolution (He and the family returned to Scotland in mid-1768 and left it under the management of John Munro until it was confiscated in the Revolution).
